The dk active 50% off for 50 Minutes Sale will apply from 7:00am AEST Thursday 12th of June. A discount of 50% off will be applied sitewide, the discount will appear automatically in cart.
Changing Your Order
Once your order is placed, the only thing that can be changed is the delivery address if we get to it in time. We can't guarantee this as we aim to ship our orders to our customers as quickly as possible so please ensure you have checked your order before placing it. We do try to work with you to get you in the best fitting activewear possible. If you do need help, please reach our friendly customer service team by clicking here.
Returns Policy
Full price items that have been discounted by 50% off for the 50 Minutes Sale will be eligible for exchanges or store credits if the product or size isn't quite right. Refunds are not available for any products purchased during the 50% off for 50 Minutes Sale. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Items on our Sale Outlet page are classed as "Final Sale" items and cannot be returned for a store credit, exchange or refund.
Our normal Shipping and Returns policy applies with this exception.
Discount Codes:
Please note that most discount codes are not valid during this period, which includes the welcome code. These will however be valid to use once the sale period has finished.
We reserve the right to change or modify the free gift and offers at any time without prior notice. This includes but is not limited to changes in the gift item, availability, or qualifying purchase amount.
Shipping
Please be aware that dk active is not responsible for goods that are lost or damaged during shipment, or for locating lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered. This applies to both Australian and International orders.
During this sale period, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be dispatched.
We do not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays, gazetted Queensland or National Public Holidays.
Please ensure that you enter your correct delivery address. If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us via email immediately. If your order has already been shipped, dk active accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered and will not replace orders that have been sent to addresses that have been incorrectly provided by the customer.
Orders to countries outside Australia may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are applied when your package reaches your country. Your order is shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis. Payments of these taxes/duties are necessary to release your order from customs. Please note we do not provide a refund on any goods returned to dk active due to unpaid duties and taxes on the destination country, however we will provide a store credit.
