COVID-19 SHIPPING UPDATE

Orders are shipping as per our usual timeframes and our usual return window applies.

Australia Post is currently experiencing some delays due to increased safety measures to keep staff and customers safe. Please refer to the AusPost website for more information. dk active aims to ship orders within 24 hours of receiving them on weekdays. We appreciate your patience during these unprecedented times.

WITHIN AUSTRALIA: Please allow 2-7 business days (some rural areas may exceed this timeframe)

Please be aware that dk active is not responsible for goods that are lost or damaged during shipment, or for locating lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered. This applies to both Australian and International orders.

 

We do not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays, gazetted Queensland or National Public Holidays.

 

Please ensure that you enter your correct delivery address, if you have made an error in your delivery address please contact us via email immediately. If your order has already been shipped, d+k accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered and will not replace orders that have been sent to addresses that have been incorrectly provided by the customer.

 

Orders to countries outside Australia may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are applied when your package reaches your country. Your order is shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis. Payments of these taxes/duties are necessary to release your order from customs. Please note we do not provide a refund on any goods returned to dk active due to unpaid duties and taxes on the destination country, however we will provide a store credit.

SHIPPING CHARGES

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from dk. Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable except for defective items.

CHANGING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is placed, the only thing that can be changed is the delivery address if we get to it in time. We can't guarantee this as we aim to ship our orders to our customers as quick as possible so please ensure you have checked your order before placing it.

 

RETURNS
As of May 10 2021, we now offer a more flexible returns policy so that our customers can shop with peace of mind. Please read our new policy carefully before making a purchase. Any orders placed before May 10 2021 will be bound by the original returns policy and items may be returned for store credit or exchange only. 
 

RETURNS POLICY
Returns are accepted on goods within 30 days from the date you received the item. Items received or requests to return items outside of this period will not be accepted. We recommend that all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within this timeframe.
 
To be eligible for a return, please ensure:
 

  • The product was received in the last 30 days (applies to both domestic and international orders)
  • The product is in original packaging
  • The product isn’t used or damaged
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase
  • All merchandise must be unwashed and unworn.
  • All original tags must still be attached to the merchandise.
  • Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

EXCHANGES
If you don’t find your perfect fit the first time around, no worries!
We happily exchange full price sizes or styles. Any items purchased under promotion (including site-wide sales, discount codes or special offers are also eligible for exchange. Please notify us by email of your intent to exchange. Please note that sale items are not eligible for exchange, however you may return them for store credit.
 
Please include a note with your order number and contact details, along with your desired size/item. If your desired item is in stock at the time of processing, we will ship it to you with complimentary shipping. 
 
STORE CREDIT
Don’t want to exchange? Not a problem! Opt for a store credit instead and spend it on any item available online. Simply let our Customer Service team know via email or include a note with your return parcel.
 
To use your credit, ensure that you are logged in to your account. You will find available credit in your account information and again at the checkout (just above Payment Methods). 
 
To apply it to your order, simply enter the value you would like to redeem in the provided box and it will automatically deduct from the order total.
 
REFUNDS
Full price items may be returned for a refund or store credit within 30 days. Items must be in original condition as per the returns policy. Refund excludes original shipping costs. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. 
 
Refunds are processed via your original payment method. Your refund will normally appear on your bank statement within 10 business days.
 
Should you choose to exchange sizes or styles, dk active will cover the cost of sending the exchanged item back to you.
 
PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
Any items purchased under promotion (including site-wide sales, discount codes or special offers) are not eligible for refund. These items may be returned for exchange or store credit only. The Welcome Code is the only offer excluded from this condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. 

 

Code must be applied successfully at the checkout to redeem. Discounts cannot be added once payment is complete. Codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, unless otherwise stated. Gift cards excluded. Codes subject to change at the discretion of dk active.
 
SALE ITEMS
Sale items may be returned for store credit only, no exchanges. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. 

 

FINAL SALE 

These items are not eligible for any return, credit or exchange. This will be stated on the sale category page.


FAULTY ITEMS
All items are quality controlled and checked before being sent to customers. Any product that arrives in a faulty condition can be returned for either a refund or a store credit at your choice including return shipping costs.
 
Once dk active receives the item, it will undergo a routine quality review and we will contact you to advise on the appropriate procedure.
 
Refunds are processed via your original payment method. Your refund will normally appear on your bank statement within 10 business days. If the item is faulty, dk will refund the cost of shipping as well as the cost of the item/s.
