Day in dk active with Shathie

We recently welcomed mother of two, Shathie, to our beautiful community. We were drawn in by her infectious smile and positive outlook.  This proud mum is getting back into her fitness journey and we were right there to support her active lifestyle.

“Here's a snippet of my day in dk active. My day starts with a morning run. I enjoy morning runs. When I run I think a lot, I think about my day, I think about my future. I think about my aspirations, what I want to achieve in my life. I just feel like waking up and running just gives me that perspective in life and I just enjoy it so much.” 

 

“dk active clothes are stylish and comfortable enough to be worn at any time of the day. This is a perfect look for my mini outing with my little ones. We love to go on adventures, so I need to easy to fall into the trap of “I'm a mom now so I don't need to look good, my kids are taking up too much of my time”, but you know what you can do both you can be a great mom but also practice self-care.”
