WHAT IS REFUNDID?

Refundid provides shoppers instant refunds for their returns. No need to wait for your order to be shipped back and checked before you’re issued a refund.

With Refundid your refund appears in your account in under 30 seconds.

To use refunded, please select "Instanct Refund with Refundid" as your return option when processing your return in our portal.

WHAT DO I DO AFTER RECEIVING MY REFUND FROM REFUNDID?

After using Refundid your refund process is complete. 

If you have not shipped back your items, you must do so by sending them to the address specified in the dk active returns policy and provide Refundid with the relevant shipping tracking number. Please add this tracking number through your Refundid account.

WHERE DO I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

When signing up to Refundid you’re prompted to provide your BSB and Account Number. Refundid pays you instantly into this account.

WHAT PRODUCTS CAN I NOT RECEIVE A REFUND ON?

Refundid is not available for any non-refundable items such as sale items. Be sure to read the dk active returns policy to see which items fall into this criteria. Refundid is also not available for any orders made using a gift card.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO GET MY REFUND?

When using Refundid, refunds are paid out instantly meaning they are received in your bank account within 60 seconds of the return being lodged and accepted. If your refund is not received within this timeframe, please be sure to reach out to Refundid here. 

ARE PURCHASES MADE WITH BY NOW PAY LATER SERVICES SUCH AS AFTERPAY REFUNDID?

When an item is purchased with Afterpay, or any other buy now pay later service, you are still eligible to receive a refund from Refundid by following the Refundid process.

Please note that the refund will not resolve any outstanding Buy Now Pay Later payments, so you will be required to pay any remaining instalments to you Buy Now Pay Later provide. For further information, click here. 

Should you have any changes we suggest emailing us as soon as possible. Please remember we aim to process orders as quickly as possible and can only accommodate changes prior to shipping.

Once we have shipped your item,  you will receive a confirmation email from us along with a notification from our parcel delivery partners.

The notification from our delivery partners will have tracking numbers and clear instructions on how to track your items. Still have a question? Email us!

Whilst the utmost care is taken in ensuring your items arrive safe and sound, sometimes things happen outside of our control.  Check out our returns policy and we will cover the cost of returning your item so it can be repaired, replaced or refunded.

Prices on the website include taxes or duties for Australia (GST).

If you are shipping internationally, we currently ship all items Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). Once your order is shipped, Australia Post will invoice you directly for any applicable import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to.

If your order was successfully processed, you would have received an email – please check your junk box as well, sometimes it goes there!  If you can’t find the email, please contact us and we will check it out for you.

dk active currently accepts VISA, MasterCard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Zip and AfterPay as payment methods.

We also offer Gift Vouchers. 

AFTERPAY TERMS OF SERVICE

Afterpay allows you to pay for your purchase over 4 equal instalments due every 2 weeks.You must be over 18 years old and be the authorised holder of an eligible debit/credit card to apply.All orders are subject to Afterpay’s approval – for example, if you have any overdue payments, Afterpay will not be available to you. You can make repayments to Afterpay any time BEFORE the due date. Otherwise, Afterpay will automatically try process payments on the scheduled dates from your card. If a payment is not processed on or before the due date, late fees will apply – initial $10 late fee, and a further $7 if the payment remains unpaid 7 days after the due date.

If an item is showing greyed out on the size options then it may mean we are busy making more or that item may be discontinued.

Simply email us if you would like information on a specific size and product and the dk team member will be able to let you know when it is expected back in stock.

Our Size Guide is a good starting point to determine your size.

Be sure to read the product’s description carefully. If an item fits a certain way or if there is anything important you should know, we will mention it here.  

Please refer to individual garment tags outlining fabric and care.

Please wash in cold water with like colours, and lay flat to dry where possible. Do not iron, tumble dry or use fabric softeners.

All our fabrics are pre-washed before construction so your garment should retain size and is built to last. If you have any concerns with your garment please email us.

Majority of our fabrics have been chosen especially for their wet and dry properties. Which means that they can be worn in the pool or at the beach.

Our fabrics feature resistance to breakage through chlorine exposure, degradation from creams, lotions & oils.

Please note we do not recommend the following fabrics from our range for swimming:

• Eco Comfort

Please refer to each product page where you will be able to see a swatch of each colour. Clicking on the colour will also change the corresponding product photos so you can best see what it will look like.

Yes! We offer WORLDWIDE SHIPPING, but we do not cover the cost of customs duties and taxes that are regulated and issued by your government.

Unfortunately, these fees are beyond our control and we are unable to cover these charges.

Unfortunately once your order has been placed, we are unable to retroactively add your discount code or gift card to the payment of your order.

The dk active checkout is only able to accept one discount code per order. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
